I have my own company that restores classic british cars, some european cars, and lately a lot of accident repair work.
I employ 4 people, but i do most of the painting myself. Recently changed over to water based, Max Meyers. I have my own paint mixing scheme now and just bought an airbrush. I guess im getting bored with the mono colour resprays and spot repairs and want to do some custom work... So...
I guess i have a lot of reading to do and a pretty steep learning curve as i have a trike job coming up, an orange with gold flake fading in to black....
On with the reading i guess...
