Hello,im from ky and new to the the industry.I've always done construction and custom hardwood floors but was laid off when the company closed the doors.I found a winter job detailing and doing odd projects around the shop.My boss said he liked the way i worked and asked if i ever thought about doing body work or painting.I said, HELL YEAH but its hard with no experience.So i went with the paint side i've always had a knack for painting.I learned spraying waterborne(onyx-hd)my boss sprayed one with me in the booth then coached me on the next one,from there on out i was on my own.I've been painting for about a year now and love it.I have alot to learn and want to be the best i can so i will be asking alot of questions and looking forward to some replys. We have went back to solvent and now spray Diamont,gonna take some adjusting.
