Spray gun problems

Hi All,

Im new to the forum so be nice :goodbye:

Right, im having a problem with my HVLP gun, it was working fine for ages till i dismantled it again the other day for cleaning.

Now ive got it all back together, and now air seems to come up into the paint container, which makes the gun splutter and splat paint onto the surface.

Now ive not done anything i wouldnt normally do while cleaning the gun, and i cant understand why its doing it.

Anyone have any ideas?

recheck everything ... somthing might not be in the right way

Ive checked everything again, it's put together right. I just left the whole thing to soak in thinners over night, will see if that fix it
