Painting Two Bikes

I have questions on Base colors...

One bike I am painting Cold Blue Steel Candy with flames in Silver pearl, Red pearl and Purple Pearl for the flames.

The second bike is going to be Purple Pearl with flames in Shimmering red Ghost Pearl.

what do you guys think would make the best base colors for the two paint jobs........?

Ok this is the material I purchased today. Please read and gice me your opinion...

Well I got my Paint and my pearls today and I have a couple of questions.

I am painting my bike a Cold Blue Steel Candy Pearl and I am going to add some ghost flames with Silver Pearl, Red Pearl and Purple Pearl.

I am going to paint the wifes bike a purple Candy Pearl with Red Shimmer Ghost accents or flames she can't make up her mind.

I bought a black base coat and a medium to dark metalic silver base coat.

My questions are which of my base coats will look better under which of the colors or would mixing some silver with the black be a nice unique base coat color???

Oh Yea my pearls have some seriously good color to them....
