Checkin out the pic uploader on this site.

Nice job on that if you did it.
Also, you can edit the pic to show up as a thumbnail, mid size or full size you want.
Once you upload, do a mouseover on the pic. You will see a pencil over the pic. Click on that, it will bring up some extras.
