My first question deals with the reference of applying wet and dry coats. How do you make a wet coat? Is this an adjustment in thinning, or spray control?
My second question regards preping my fuel tank for flames. I have a new Harley fuel tank painted black, with the harley decal on the tank. I want to keep the black tank color, remove the factory decal, then paint flames. I wondered if it is possible to sand the decal out without repainting the entire tank?
