Hand pinstriping flames

Anybody got any ideals on how to get a get a hand pinstripe look on a flame
job with out using a brush. My hands shake a little and i cant use a brush any more. I can tape and spray or brush the stripes but i don't like the way it looks. If anybody has any ideals i would appreciate the help.
