I'm looking for a good buffer/polisher that i can dial in and preset in the 1000 to 2000 rpm range. Found a Makita 9227c 7" electronic polisher/sander for 168.95. Is this a good product and good deal?

If it's variable speed that's a decent price and Makita makes good stuff.Usually if it says heavy duty in the description it'll last quite a while.

groovesdown,That Makita 9227c is a great buffer at a great price.I love mine,I like it better than the dewalt because you can flip it over and it rests on the handle and the pad stays off the floor. Can't bog it down either!Buy it,you won't be sorry.
