block sanding

Hi guys I was wondering if block sanding final primer with 120 to get the surface flattened quicker then 320 then 500 would cause any issues when the base is sprayed on??? Or will the 120 marks be flattened with the 320 and 500? Anyone tried it before?

As long as you have plenty of primer you should be fine.
I've gone as course as 80, 180, 320
Normally I just do the 180, then 320 though

Thanx taz, I do have enough primer I have block sanded with 320 but still feel I could get it looking more straight by blocking first with the 120 then 320 and 500, instead of priming and blocking again. Labour cost has to go up a considerable amount in order to do that as well
