vinyl cutter for sale

I have a vinyl cutter for sale it's a Anagraph AE-60 24" cutter. From what I'm told its about 3 years old. I'm selling it for $700. plus shipping. It does not have a stand.
I wanted to buy a cutter for myself and found a sign shop that was selling two of them, so I bought both of them. I am keeping one and selling the other.

How would you describe it's condition? Have you tested it to see if it works? What is the reason you're selling this one and keeping the other (are they both the same?) I'm just looking for any "gotchas" . If its in good working condition, I'm very interested. Maybe you can email me some pictures?
