starts of a viking theme

got the first color down on these and i thought i'd share. here it is so far.

i think i need to work on my negative/dark space when painting my first color. i get a little spray happy at the begging and if i let more dark show through shading might be easier w/ the later steps? anyhoo here they are so far.

these pictures were taken w/ my phone camera, as my camera camera's batteries died.
sorry for the ****yness. they look like poo compared to the real thing. i just can't get a good shot. still some more to do for final touches. i've got about 22 hrs in it so far.

i've got to get a camera!! i can't get a good picture of it at all. but i'm done, sanded and buffed to perfection. here you go.

the bike's gone to a show every weekend so far and got best paint at two and people's choice at one. not too shabby!
