Stabilo Issues

Hello All!

I'm wondering if any of you use Stabilo pencils to sketch out lines for pinstriping and any tips/tricks to get rid of stubborn lines. Most surfaces allow a quick cleanup with soapy water but I've had some issues with the lines staying after numerous washes. It's almost like the pencil etches the paint...

I like using a grease pencil type marker, when doing graphics, and clean up is easy with wax and grease remover.
