I am in the mid stages of a total resto on an '82 Harley Lowrider. As I was prepping the tins there was a bit of rust on the rear fender. When I removed the rust there was of course a small amount of pitting. I used a product from Seymour called Gray Filler Primer 20-1674. After sanding there was no need for any filler or glaze at all. This was the first time I used the product and am very happy with it. Just thought I would share this with you.

Hey Vettra,
Got you a new project to do (good deal!).

Hopefully you sandblasted the rust area or at least cleaned if very good before priming.
You can also use a fast drying flowable putty which is basically thicker than a high build primer and easier to work with than bondo. We use 3m 5824 (I think that's the number)

Thanks for sharing.
