Well I guess I'll start it off. Just as an example here's what I produced with my vinly cutter (Roland Gx 24 ) The material is solvent proof and is .025. Just a little thicker than a business card. For you guys that have a cutter have a peek at Bren. They have any type of vinyl you can think of.templet 003.jpgtemplet 004.jpgtemplet 005.jpg As you can see there are some fairly intricate cuts here,but the cutter does it with ease.

hey that's sweet! 10 minutes I've been on this site and I've already learned so much. I have some great ideas in my head but have never painted anything in my life, can you point me in the right direction Brian? I have a billion questions about the basics of this type of stenciling. I would appreciate ANY help or advice you could offer.

Hi Hanman! Welcome to the Custom Paint Forum!
This is an older post. Unfortunately, we haven't heard from Brian for awhile.
He was a great all around good guy that really helped out on this forum....
Hopefully he will return soon!
