painting plastic dash pieces

How do you guys paint dash boards? Do you use regular primer and then paint? Do you still see the plastic rinkles or does it come out smooth?

Assuming you mean a vinyl dash, I normally just use SEM vinyl dye. Just make sure the dash is very clean.
Wipe if down with a good cleaner and spray some lighter coats over the dash
