Paint mixing lumilor, glow, color changing.

So i want a car which is black with a possible red tint in matte black, underneath I want a red, possibly candy apple red or black cherry (light) i also want both the matte black and the opposite red to glow red in the dark, or even better yet, red glows red and black glows green.

After alllllll this i also want lumilor to create ice blue designs of. Honeycombs and such on said car (for after the glow in the dark fades)

Now i know this is all about mixing the red with red phosphur and mixing the black with green phosphur, but i guess the real question here.is can i mix black with glow green (inknow i can) but also mix with a ice blue lumilor? And same for red, so that all shades can be used with lumilor

I would love someone to test this out and tell me what combination they used to create the best outcome, as i am not a painter

Or should i simply put the base coat of red with glow and lumilor and will said paint show thru a black color changing paint?
