Hi Have just finished painting my 1936 ford coupe in candy and pearl and after a couple of weeks it has developed a couple of bubbles under the clear.Just wondering if there is a quick fix like using a needle with some crazy glue or something Pretty upset as this is my baby.Did everything myself so nobody to blame.Any help would be greatly appreciated. This sight has really helped me out in the past and probably would not have got this far with out some professional help from people on this forum . Thanks Chevy

Chevy,

Considering it's age, my guess would be it's some rust coming up.

But then again, 2 weeks would be awfully quick for rust to come back.
You also mentioned 'tiny'. So I'm not for sure how small you are talking about.

If you can upload some pics, I or someone from the forum will take a look and see what our opinion would be.

paint Bubble

Chevy, first of all how did you prep the car,and did you use any lacquer based spot putties. As the solvents in the paint will react with this type of putty. It will soften the putty and cause it to gas off Since you have paint over it will bubble up. Or is it in the clear only.
