mail box

hey TWISTED i want to air brush flames on my mail box. can i spray it with ACRYLIC base coat. then use a clear non yellowing LAQUER over it???

I have not used laquer over the acrylics.
Try a test panel. I always use urethane clear on everything I do. Laquer doesn't usually go over anything but laquer without problems. Try spraying a few dry coats and see what happens.

I just did a mailbox and I used createx autoair and napa polyurethane clear. No problems.
