Keeping the \'coats\' down

When spraying any basecoat, be sure and use a sealer (or paint) that will make the basecoat cover quickly as possible to keep the coats and thickness down.
For example....
>>>If you want to spray a light blue metallic, spray a light to medium gray sealer for your sealer.
>>If you want to spray a dark blue metallic for the base, it's best just to go with a black sealer.
>>If you want to spray a bright 'solid' red, yellow or orange base coat, it's best just to spray a white sealer.

I mentioned "or paint" in the above...this means that let's say, you already have a basecoat down and you are spraying flames over an already sprayed basecoat and you want to spray some flames, in white, orange, light, yellow...instead of spray sealer, spray a coat of white basecoat.
Why spray a thicker white sealer since you already have a good 'ground coat' painted? Spray the thinner white paint.
