Jenson Swirly Q- What kind of hair is it?

Anyone know what kind of hair is used for Jenson Swirly Q brush?

Is it all synthetic or blue squirrel , brown, grey ....?

I'm not a pinstriper, but when I had an in-house one, I believe he had mentioned it was squirrel hair.

Hopefully another member will chime in and confirm or correct me.

I checked the Mack Brush web site and it doesn't state the type of hair in the brush. You may want to contact Mack Brush directly and ask them.

Its synthetic and blue squirrel... called mack yesturday

Good to know. I've never used a Swirly Q, but from what hear, a lot of stripers like them for scroll work. All depends upon what you want to accomplish and what works for you.

It is a soft brush with no snap. Unlike a Kafka which is good for the same work.
