well i see alot of ? on interclear am i reading this right the interclear is too protect your base coat while one does the air brushing? And if you do interclear how long to you have to work on the air brushing before you must put on the finish clear? is it true you should scuff the area which you will be air brushing, so does this mean to let the interclear get dry then scuff the areas then air brush then clear the finnal set, then wet sand then buff out too a finish paint job is that about right thanks again guys sorry to be a pain just want too understand what i want too do it right

Yes exactly as you have said. You put an intercoat of clear on, then sand down the intercoat to scuff the surface, do your airbrush work then re clear it and then wetsand and buff it up to remve your wetsand scratches. Because you have let the intercoat dry before scuffing it you can take your time airbrushing and re clear it when your ready. Hope this makes sense to you.
