HOK question

Can anyone tell me which (if any)of the HOK range contains isocyanate? I suppose I'm asking which ones need an air fed mask and which require the 3m cannister type? I did look on their web site but couldn't find the info I wanted.

Anything requiring a catalyst for sure. Actually the Iso's are in the catalyst from what I've gathered. I'm about 99% sure that the isocyanates are only in the catalysts used for the urethanes and clears. Use the help desk # and call to talk to someone there.

anything you put a cat. in contains an iso. the iso is the cat. so at all times protect yourself. a cart mask is ok if the front filters are clean. use gloves as much as possible and have no exposed skin and you should be ok. iso sensitivity happens over time with prolonged exposer so the less it touches you the better
