Hey everyone. Figured I'd search out a custom painting forum and here I am. Hope to get alot of good tips here, and even give some if I can. Been painting for several years, but just getting into custom work in the last few. Even more if you call stripes custom. LOL I do mostly simple refinishing and some insurance collision repair.
I have a 1 man paint and body shop owned and operated by yours truely, and love talking shop. Been messing around with pearls and candies for the last few years and the possibilities are endless. Right now I'm working on an 87 Mustang. It will go from factory Maroon to Black with red pearl, and red ghost flames. So far the customer is extatic about the progress.
