This stuff has been around to a point for quite a while, in my area anyway. If you go to a jobber they can only mix colors have have a low enough VOC unless they know you will be using the paint in the correct place (paint booth). For now there are ways around it, the manufacturers have low voc products you can buy. It will however be a issue as time goes on. My jobber also tracks how much products individuals buy, for the same reason. I'm just glad I have access to spray booths!
