DeVilbliss DAGR general newbie advice?

Any idea how to remove the cap of the paint container on the gun? Don't want to force it and break it (although I doubt that being steel) You can tell I'm noob, managed to aquire this for free as my Uncle works for DeVilbliss so money can be spent else where on other products. Sorry for sounding like such a moron.

When you say 'cap' do you mean the round part that holds the siphon tube that goes into the paint cup?

I'm assuming this is a siphon fed gun you are talking about?

All the airbrushes I've used, you just pull on the lid to remove it. I would think this airbrush would be the same. I don't think I've seen one that screws on.

Worked a treat, was just extremely tight to get off for the first time and I didn't want to break it knowing my luck. Is it reccomended give it a spray through with white spirit/cleaning fluid before first time I paint with it?

You may just want to spray some lacquer thinner or reducer through it before using!
