Clearcoating over Pinstriping! One Shot or House of Kolors

I have always striped with one shot, but recently I have ran into quite a few problems clearcoating over one shot. I head the house of kolors one shot is alot better to use simply because its a urethane instead of enamel? Anybody hear clear over house of kolors striping paint? Thanks!

HOK thats what its designed for vs 1shot "Sign paint" Enamel stays glossy... When hardeners are used with one shot and left to cure, they can be cleared over without krinkling.
