A friend gave me a Binks wren air brush. I know nothing about airbrushes. Is this a good brush or just old?

I've never heard of a Binks Wren airbrush.

Yes I do not sue an airbrush yet but I was curious about them.

Not true. I've used a Wren for 30 years and Binks still supports it. It's probably the best single action siphon feed brush ever made. Not for fine art, but for masked spraying (flames etc) it's a reliable workhorse.

Hey! I cannot say that when this brush has introduced but I can definitely told you that its really helpful because with the help of this brush you can paint even any small size things.
