1967 gmc 3/4 ton

I was wondering what people thought about this. I have a 1967 gmc 3/4 ton and I dont know if it would be worth it to me to keep it and restore it or to sell it. The only rusted part on the truck is the drivers side rocker pannel and it needs new moldings around the doors. Also The flywheel is scraping on the frame and i don't know why if anyone has any ideas or would like to buy my truck and live localy e-mail me. $1500 or b/o.
