69 olds lowrider

Hey guys, I’m probably going to get laughed out of the thread for this. But I’m doing a model of a 69 olds and I want a pretty authentic lowrider paint job. I looked for inspiration pics on google and most of them were more suitable for my 67 impala model. I want to know what I can tweak about these looks so that they go better with the actual model. Like it’s got the two raised parts going down the hood. I want the paint job to look like it was made for the car not just slapped on there. Any input would be great.

Though I have not done a job exactly like this, I've learned that jobs that you really don't know 'how' I plan on attacking, to just do the main graphic using the lines of each panel. THEN you work from that graphic to get the flow going

I saw this was an old thread. You probably have your car painted already.
I just posted in case someone else has the same question as you
