in contrast, the reason I used the anti-static was because it had a very quick flash time due to the high alcohol content. result was excellent.
the reason i called for anti static was it has a very slow flash time.regular prep wash might do the same thing only you might have to be quick applying the base. good luck.cyas

must be a diferant product. mine is sikkens and is super slow.aprox 15 mins to whipe off.cyas

yep thats a hammertone finish. Which you can buy in rattle cans. Another way to get this effect it to do the wet look trick. Do your base then spray water on the surface to form droplets. Then come back and lightly shoot a darker color over top of the water and let the water evaporate. Now take a soft cloth and very lightly press the cloth into those high lites. You may have to fool with this a little to get the perfect effect your after. But since those high lites are very fragile you should be able to get what your after. Hope this helps.
