The forum has been updated...once again

I've updated the forum to the newest version 4.0.2.
There were a ton of upgrades, fixes, and changes which threw all the "styles" out of whack.
So for right now, we'll use a default style that I've changes. I will need to go through the rest of the styles and update them. I'll do these as soon as I can. This may take a week or so to do them all.

For those who or new to the forum, or do not know what a style is, a style is a template that will change the overall look of the forum. When enabled, you can choose from several templates from a drop down menu located on the lower left hand corner of any forum page.

Most of the fixes that were done to the program were minor, so you probably won't even see a difference from the front end.
